Secara resmi update untuk Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3110 hanya sampai pada Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, seperti yang terdapat pada website samsung-updates.com.

Namun tidak usah khawatir, karena ada custom ROM yang akan membuat kita bisa melakukan update Galaxy Tab P3110 ke Android 6 Marshmallow.

Custom ROM yang akan kita pakai ini namanya BeanStalk v6.15, yang diadaptasi dari ROM CyanogenMod 13 yang menggunakan Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Syarat Update Galaxy Tab P3110 Ke Android 6 Marshmallow

Syarat yang harus dipenuhi untuk bisa melakukan update menggunakan ROM BeanStalk ini adalah:

Perangkat telah di Root. Jika belum, silakan baca Cara Root Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT P3100 - P3110
Telah terpasang TWRP. Jika belum, silakan baca Cara Memasang TWRP Galaxy Tab 2 GT P3100 - P3110

Sebelum melakukan update, sebaiknya lakukan backup data dan ROM terlebih dahulu. Jika senadainya update gagal, maka kita bisa mengembalikan sistem pada keadaan semula. Baca Cara Backup ROM Via TWRP untuk lebih jelasnya.

ROM BeanStalk Android 6.0.1

Gapps 6.0 Micro / Mini

Cara Update Galaxy Tab P3110 Ke Android 6 Marshmallow :

Masuk ke Recovery Mode (TWRP). Caranya: Matikan perangkat, lalu hidupkan kembali dengan menekan tombol Power dan Volume Up secara bersamaan
Klik Wipe
Beri tanda (ceklis) pada Dalvik Cache, System, Cache dan Data, lalu Swipe to Wipe pada tombol di kanan bawah. Tunggu sampai proses Wipe selesai
Setelah Wipe selesai lalu klik icon home.
Klik Install
Pilih file BeanStalk-6.15-20160501-espressowifi.zip yang telah di download sebelumnya
Sapukan Swipe to Confirm Flash pada pojok kanan bawah untuk memulai flashing ROM BeanStalk. Tunggu sampai proses selesai
Setelah proses selesai, jangan Reboot System dulu. Tapi klik icon home untuk menginstal Gapps
Klik Install
Pilih file Gapps Micro / Mini yang telah di download sebelumnya
Pastikan bahwa file Gapps yang dipilih telah benar. Lalu usap tombol Swipe to Confirm Flash. Tunggu sampai proses flashing selesai
Setelah proses selesai, lalu klik Reboot System
